Artwork Guidelines

Vector artwork or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background generally produces the cleanest result. If your file needs attention, we’ll contact you before production. Review spelling, dimensions, placement and design details carefully on the digital proof.
Production & Shipping
Production timing begins after proof approval and can vary with artwork readiness, order size, material availability and current volume. Standard U.S. shipping is $8 for orders under $99; eligible orders $99 and over after discounts, before tax and shipping, receive free standard shipping. Carrier transit begins after production is complete.
Custom Orders & Returns
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, custom orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, approved artwork details, or customer-selected size or finish options. If your order arrives damaged, has a production defect, or materially differs from the approved proof because of an error by Hilliard Made, contact us with your order information and photos so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
